Villa Verte is a bold architectural statement that pivots on a spectacular forested and mountainous site in the Orange Kloof valley of Hout Bay.This 800m2 luxury guest house is also designed as a venue to showcase art and collectable design. The house responds to its natural setting not only through architectural gestures and visual relationships but also through its materiality; an abundance of warm natural timber permeates the interior. Echoes of mid-century modern influences are evident in the minimalist spaces and carefully curated furnishings.
