This new 1200m2 commercial building for Tigers Milk and Primi Piatti Restaurants looks out over the popular Surfer's Corner on Muizenberg beach front. The roof shape with its lantern is inspired by a nearby heritage building. The Sidmouth Road elevation celebrates the historic precinct by incorporating a “collage” of replicated window mouldings from surrounding heritage buildings.
