This 4 bedroom 290m2 home is designed to conform to the “Greyton vernacular” design rules and occupies a corner plot in the village. We arrived at a plan form that wraps a series of “barns” around a central courtyard. To achieve privacy from the street the floor level is raised on a low plinth. Low enclosing walls and timber pergolas create further privacy for the living areas, outside courtyard and the natural swimming pool.

Status: un-built. Full council permission achieved in 2017.
