A new courtyard garden becomes the centre stage in this alteration to a semi-detached heritage house in Gardens. The new guest suite is designed as contemporary standalone pavilion to be clad in timber and features a high level window to take in the Table Mountain view. The new open plan living area and veranda faces north and is designed for socialising.
